1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location:

    • Domestic (within Nigeria): 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

  • Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs clearance, weather, courier delays).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

  • Addorah Wellness is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Addorah Wellness is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at okaforadaora@yahoo.co.uk with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some products may not be available for shipping to certain countries due to customs regulations.

  • We will notify you if your order cannot be shipped to your location.
